The Team
Current roster heading into the 2026 season. Who they are, what they do.
The Raiders are building. This isn't last year's team — the front office has been aggressive in free agency, and the draft hasn't even happened yet. Here's who's on the roster right now and what each player brings.
Note: This roster reflects moves through mid-March 2026. The NFL Draft is April 23, and the Raiders hold the No. 1 overall pick. Fernando Mendoza (QB, Indiana) is widely expected to be that selection. This page will need updating as the offseason continues.

Players to Watch
Maxx Crosby — No. 98
The heart of this defense. Elite pass rusher who's been a constant in opposing backfields for years. There was talk of a trade to Baltimore — it fell through. He's staying in Las Vegas, and the team is built around his presence on the edge.
Ashton Jeanty — No. 2
Drafted 6th overall in 2025. The Raiders' offense ran through him from day one. A generational talent at running back who should benefit from the offensive upgrades happening around him in 2026.
Brock Bowers
One of the team's most important offensive weapons. A matchup nightmare for defenses — can catch, can block, can line up in multiple positions. Expect Kubiak's offense to use him heavily.
Tyler Linderbaum
Pro Bowl center signed from Baltimore on a record deal. Four years of starting experience. Anchors the offensive line and immediately upgrades the run game. Blocking for Derrick Henry prepared him for blocking for Jeanty.
Quay Walker
Former Packers first-rounder who led Green Bay in tackles four straight seasons. A Bishop Gorman HS alum coming home to Las Vegas. 469 career tackles, 29 tackles for loss. Physical and instinctive.
Kwity Paye
Five-year starter for the Colts. Athletic and versatile — says he can play anywhere on the defensive line. Signed a 3-year, $48M deal. Adds real depth opposite Maxx Crosby.
