Head Coach
Klint Kubiak
Son of former Broncos HC Gary Kubiak. Played safety at Colorado State. 13th NFL season, 17th in coaching. Came from Seattle Seahawks where he was OC for their Super Bowl LX championship season (14-3, beat Patriots 29-13). Five-year deal with Raiders. Offense is his specialty.

Kubiak is the Raiders' fifth full-time head coach since 2021. He's here to bring stability and an explosive offense. He doesn't have head coaching experience yet, but what he did in Seattle — taking Sam Darnold to a Super Bowl win as offensive coordinator — speaks loudly. He's on a five-year deal. Minority owner Tom Brady and GM John Spytek led the search and picked him from a large field of candidates.
His father, Gary Kubiak, was a long-time NFL head coach with the Denver Broncos. Klint played safety at Colorado State before moving to the coaching side. At 38, he's the youngest head coach in the AFC West by more than two decades — the Chiefs' Andy Reid is 67, the Broncos' Sean Payton is 62, and the Chargers' Jim Harbaugh is 62.
Leadership
Mike McCoy
Former Chargers head coach (2013-16). 25+ years of NFL coaching experience. Served as interim HC in Tennessee in 2025. Previously worked alongside Kubiak in Denver. Will be a key mentor as Kubiak navigates his first year as a head coach.
John Spytek
In his second year as GM. Came from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers organization. Leading all football operations alongside Tom Brady. Aggressive in 2026 free agency — spent big on Linderbaum, Walker, Paye, and others.

There is no dedicated quarterbacks coach listed on the staff. Kubiak, McCoy, and OC Andrew Janocko have all served as QB coaches elsewhere in their careers. With Fernando Mendoza expected to be the No. 1 overall pick, quarterback development will likely be a shared responsibility among the offensive leadership.
